Your best bet would be to use Ben Nye concealer/makeup to cover the spots to match your skin tone, then going over it with setting powder.
This goes for tattoos, also; there are a few brands of concealer out there that claim to cover tattoos, but after a few days of testing on some of my friends with both ink and moles, the winner in all categories is Ben Nye.
