Cellulite is not about how much you weigh, it’s about what you put in your body. If you’re eating tons of processed foods and foods high in chemicals and toxins, you’ll have cellulite, no matter what your weight is. HERE’S some ways to fight it.
1. Drink more water. Most people don’t drink nearly enough water to properly hydrate their bodies. If you simply consider the fact that the human body is about 75% water, it helps to understand the importance of drinking the recommended daily amount of 8 to 10 eight-ounce glasses. The problems…
I know people hate it when usual programming is interrupted, but this is a one-time thing that’s pretty important to me, so please take a moment to read this.
Four kittens have come into my custody during my time here in Shanghai, and I am currently trying to find a way to bring them back to the United States and to loving homes. I’ve already paid for the vet care for the first cat, but I need to pay for the rest before August 13. It’s $2000+ USD to pay for transport, care, and boarding. If I don’t help these cats, they will end up being euthanized because the stray population here is massive, and the vet can’t care for them at her expense. There are no shelters or willing adopters in Shanghai.
If you have a few dollars to spare, please help out my Shanghai Kittens. I will literally go to the end of the earth for these cats, but I can’t do more than what I’m doing right now without help.
Please reblog, please help, please do whatever you’re able to do. But please, please: help me bring these angels home.

Good eating habits take time to develop. Be sure to identify the good habits you have in place, then work to strengthen them and add new ones to the list. Make one or two changes at a time and remember that over the course of a year, small changes add up to big ones.
For conventionally grown fruit, (grown with chemicals inputs), the PLU code on the sticker consists of four numbers. Organically grown fruit has a five-numeral PLU prefaced by the number 9. Genetically engineered (GM) fruit has a five-numeral PLU prefaced by the number 8. For example,
1. Snack on almonds When salty cravings strike, bypass the pretzels or popcorn. In a study of 65 men and women who were following a low-calorie diet, California researchers found that those who noshed on the nuts shrank their waistlines nearly 50% more than dieters who didn’t eat them, despite…
