If you are a college student, I would recommend setting up an appointment with a nutritionist on campus or just your family doctor to help you figure out how to adjust your diet to compensate for your fast metabolism. Being too thin isn’t healthy, and while I know some people can manage a fast metabolism by themselves, the help of a medical or nutritional specialist may be best.
